Year 6 2018 - 2019

Miss Ottey

Summer Term

Welcome to Year 6

Year 6 Reports- Just to let you you that the end of Key Stage 2 teacher assessments do not correspond due to the limited options on the school's eletronic system. Please look at my reports for the accurate teacher assessment.

In English we have been reading and writing about 'Macbeth' by William Shakespeare. We have been reading scripts, writing letters and diary entries as Macbeth.

In Maths we have been working hard to understand data within graphs, the features of circles and reasoning with shapes.

Also this term, we have been enjoying our new Science topic of 'The Body' focusing on the heart, the digestive system and the lungs. We have been thinking about 'Freedom and Justice' in RE and 'North America' in History and Geography. We are using our brilliant sketching skills to draw people in action.
