Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

Date: 12th Dec 2017 @ 2:47pm

We had a lovely start to the day today when our KS1 performed for the first time their play, "A King Is Born". The children did very well, given that they haven't had a run through since their dress rehearsal on Friday and we were also missing some of our main speaking parts. Their singing was beautiful, complete with actions and it was obvious from their smiling faces that they really enjoyed performing to an audience!

What fun we had today playing out in the fresh snow! It turns out that it's the wrong sort of snow for making snowmen (and snowballs!) but the children had so much fun running around the school field.

We hope we can have another day of fun on the field tomorrow. Please send the children in their own clothes (lots of layers, gloves, scarves, hats, waterproof shoes/boots, warm coats, long trousers spare socks and clothes) so they can enjoy being out in the fresh air.
