Sports in School

Under 11's National League trophy

We are very proud of our Year 5/6 football team who won the Chester U11's Cup last week. This was a huge achievement which the school had never managed to achieve before. Undefeated in the group games and wins in the QF, SF and F meant we won all 7 games on the day with super performances throughout the team.

As a result the boys then went to represent Chester FC at the North West Finals in Stockport, with the winners of this competition being given the chance to play at Wembley.

As usual our boys played with great skill, spirit and sportsmanship. Unfortunatly we did not get through to the knockout phases with narrow loses against Barrow and Fylde and a 2-2 draw against Tranmere Rovers.
